Top 10 Things I Learned Going From Teaching Students to “Teaching” Technology Integration
Another good list that I ran across today. The 10 items listed, numbers 5 and 7 are the two that stood out to me. Twitter is a great learning tool for teachers and teachers don’t have to have a ‘title’ to tell others about new technology they can use in their classrooms.
What I Did Over Summer Break
This cartoon, I’m afraid, hits the nail on the head for some of our students out there. I currently teach computer classes through the unemployment offices and I’ve seen the kids in and out of the office and heard many of their stories. Many of us have never had to deal with some of the things our students must deal with on a daily basis. Keep this in mind the next time Susie doesn’t have her homework.
